As owner of Maine Niche, I personally welcome you to our Web site and hope you come back and visit us often. CUSTOMER FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS How will I be able to find specific products? There are two basic ways for online shoppers to find products at Maine Niche: ›Browse through our Merchant Display Page Categories which provides sub-categories of products ›Search for specific products. If you are looking for a specific product, you can use our Search function in locating desired product (upper left of the web page). I have a question about a product, what do I do? If you have a question about a particular product, please contact the Merchant directly. Contact information is located within the Merchant Showcase Display page. Additional information can also be found by locating Merchant business within our Business Directory. Does Maine Niche have products in stock? No. Maine Niche does not carry Merchant products in stock. Orders will need to be placed direct through the Merchant. Ordering information can be found within the Merchant Showcase Display page. Each of our Merchants are responsible for maintaining their inventory and fulfillment of orders. Why would I want or need to Register? Registering allows you to: ›Submit information within our free services (Business Directory and Calendar services) ›Submit articles ›Enter contests ›Swap links ›Acknowledges you by user name when registered Password problem/Unable to sign in? To register, please click on "Register" (bottom of page) and follow instructions. If you are experiencing problems signing in or forgot your password, please click on "Retrieve Login" and choose accordingly. If still not resolved, contact Maine Niche. How do I change my account information (password or email)? Upon signing in, locate your "User Name" and click on "Online" which apear green. Click on "Edit/Update Profile" and update accordingly and click on "Update or Cancel" at bottom of page. Am I going to receive unsolicited emails if I register? No. Our Privacy Policy precludes us from sharing any account information to any 3rd party. Periodically, Maine Niche will send emails containing updates and current happenings and a online newsletter informing you of new Merchants, products, coupon offers, updates and seasonal specials. You will have the option to unsubscribe to either. How do I order products within the Merchant Showcase Display page? When clicking on a Display page, appropriate order information can be found at the bottom of the Merchant Showcase page (email/phone number). ALL orders placed will be processed direct through the Merchant. Maine Niche simply displays the products within the Merchant Showcase Display page and does not process the orders. Is there a minimum order amount? Minimum order amount will be determined by the Merchant, please contact them direct. Their contact information is available within Merchant Showcase Display page. What is Maine Niche.com's role in fulfilling orders? All orders are placed directly through and fulfilled by each Merchant themselves. Maine Niche's role is to display products and ensure that the customer are provided quality service from each Merchant. If customers are not pleased with the orders, please contact Maine Niche via email. Where can I find information on shipping/handling rates and policies? It is asked that you contact the Merchant direct to obtain their shipping and handling rates and specific shipping services (USPS, UPS, Express, APO, FPO or international). When ordering from Merchants, it is advised customers ask the Merchant about their Policies. Whom should I contact if I have a question or problem regarding an order? You should contact the Merchant directly. If you do not receive satisfactory results when contacting the Merchant, please email Maine Niche; the issue will be addressed and resolved in a timely fashion. Can I cancel my order? If you are unable to locate this information within the Merchant Showcase Display page, it is advised you contact the Merchant direct prior placing your order. Does Maine Niche have a Privacy Policy? Yes. We recognize the significance of consumer privacy with the information that you provide us and we do not release any personal data to any 3rd party. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for complete details. What is the Merchant's Return Policy? You should contact the Merchant directly with questions concerning their Return Policy. You can obtain this information direct from the Merchant prior placing your order. What are the Terms and Use listed for Maine Niche.com? Please review our Terms and Use page for more information. Whom do I contact with a Site problem? If you are having problems with the site, please contact Maine Niche and we will look into the problem.
